The Overview

South Western Railway wanted to encourage their team to think differently when it came to problem-solving. To address this, they appointed Alt Labs to facilitate a two-day Track-a-Thon, based around the challenge of ‘stations as destinations’.  

Participants gained in-depth knowledge of design thinking methodology and redefining problems. The Track-a-Thon was a success, fostering internal collaboration and generating unique solutions.
